Every day we read texts. Thousands of words. In books. On our cell phones. On billboards outside. Usually, we are able to process this flood of communication flawlessly. Sometimes, however, we get stuck. We cannot understand what the text means. We experience ourselves as standing outside the textual communication.

The Communication-Oriented Analysis is a method to get grip on texts. More precisely, on the communication a text is. In these clips, Archibald van Wieringen and myself will explain the characteristics of the analytic methodology.
